Sleepover with CalMar cats, Vladimir and Vinny

It was cat sleepover time once again for me last night. This time it was CalMar cats, Vinny and Vladimir. :)

Vinny wanted to explore the room as soon as we arrived, while Vladimir wanted to just lounge around

These two cats are just absolutely the sweetest, with their own quirks of course! What cat doesn't come with their own lovable and endearing quirks, right? :)

First up, Vladimir. Oh, Vladimir is just such a curious fellow, and he loves jumping on your shoulder, and exploring the world and his surrounding from there. He also absolutely loves headbutting your head just to show how much he loves being on top of your shoulders. :)

Such a sweetheart.

Then there is Vinny, which is undoubtedly on of the sweetest cats ever. He is just content laying on your lap, being near you, or in our sleepover, being curled up in your arms. :)

Vinny and Vladimir both have FeLV, but that doesn't hinder them from living a full, lovable life, and it shouldn't hinder you from giving them a chance to perhaps be part of your family. I'm sure Vladimir wouldn't mind your shoulders for a pedestal, nor would Vinny mind your arms as his pillow. :) There are also a whole lot more lovable FeLV cats at CalMar who would love for you to come visit, maybe even a sleepover, or maybe even a forever home with you. :)

Sleepover with Zeb

Handsome Zeb

After realizing last week that I only have a few days left of my internship, I decided to go on a sleepover overload, with the cats at Best Friends!

Last night I took Zeb for a sleepover. Zeb resides at the Cat Headquarters. He is quite a charmer, and quite and explorer too! He definitely explored the whole room and enjoyed talking as well. Zeb was quite an interesting fellow, at one point I couldn't find him and apparently he found a comfy spot behind the television. :)

Zeb is also quite the handsome dude, I absolutely enjoyed taking pictures of him, and absolutely couldn't get enough of his antics. He was even supervising while I was on my computer catching up on stuff.

I would definitely want to bring him on a sleepover again, and if you are ever at Best Friends, you should too, I'm sure you would have a Zeb-tastic time! Or maybe you are the forever home he is waiting for. :)

Week 5 Day 3: Old Friends and Quincy House

Today was definitely a balanced day. I say that because not only did I get to spend my time with dogs in the morning and then cats in the afternoon, but I also got exercise through walking some of the dogs at Old Friends in the morning(with a bit of downtime too) and I got the chance to chill and relax with my lovable cat friends at Quincy House.

I probably lost count, but I am pretty sure I walked eleven dogs from Old Friends. Let's see if my recall is correct, shall we?

In between some of the walks, I got the chance to spend some time with the other dogs. The dogs at Old Friends are just the sweetest, and I just absolutely adore all of them. :)

In the afternoon, I headed out to one of my favorite places to be, the Quincy House. :)

We did some videos of the cats, including Duke, to be made into adoption videos. After that, I got the chance to visit and socialize with these wonderful cats.

Of course, a visit to the Quincy House isn't complete without a visit with Gaston. Now, I haven't really announced it to a lot of people yet, but this wonderful boy is going to be part of our family. :) I plan to file for his adoption when things settle once I get back home, but Gaston is going to be my boy. :) I am so excited for him to be part of our family, since the first time I have met this boy, he made his way through my heart, and I hope that I can provide him with the love and care, and also the home and family he wants. :)

There are so many other wonderful cats at the Quincy House who would love to have their own special family or person, they would absolutely love for you to come meet them, they always love to have guests love on them, and the caregivers are also very nice people.

Tomorrow will be my second to the last day of internship, and I will be spending it at the Bunny House and The Garden. I can't believe my internship is almost over. :(
